On the morning of November 19, 2025, the Japan Committee of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber held its opening ceremony in central Osaka. Representatives of the legal profession, including 马占军, Co-President of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber; 高取芳宏, Executive Director of the Japan Association of Arbitrators; and 上村银华（沙银华）, an Arbitrator of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, attended and jointly unveiled the nameplate. Following the ceremony, the Japan Committee presented appointment letters to business development advisers and Arbitrators. The Committee will provide arbitration, mediation and other non-litigation dispute resolution services for international commercial trade and investment disputes involving Japan, offering more professional and accessible legal support to businesses in China, Japan and the Asia-Pacific region in handling cross-border disputes.
