In July 2024, the USA Arbitration Center (APICC USA Arbitration Center) was formally registered in Los Angeles, United States. As one of the world’s most developed economies, the United States is known for the transparency, fairness, and efficiency of its legal system and holds an important position in international commercial arbitration. The APCC USA Arbitration Center will draw on the United States’ solid legal foundations and extensive practical experience to provide comprehensive, convenient, independent, and impartial international arbitration and mediation legal services, establishing an efficient, professional, transparent, and fair dispute resolution mechanism. Going forward, the APIC USA Arbitration Center will strive to build a strong legal platform for international economic and trade cooperation and exchange in the context of economic globalization.
